Menopause Yoga

Menopause is a normal and natural event for every woman. 

It’s a time when periods become irregular, lessen or become heavier and eventually stop as her ovaries lose their reproductive function. This can occur between 45-55 years.

Menopause Yoga® aims to support women by offering specially adapted yoga poses to help manage the variety of peri, menopause and post menopause symptoms. It promotes bone density, muscle tone, breathwork to calm the mind and aid sleep.

It draws on hatha yoga, restorative, yin whilst giving time for self reflection and support.

Menopause symptoms

Brain fog, anxiety, night sweats, hot flashes, irritability, palpitations, insomnia, feeling low, overwhelmed, lack of drive, loss of libido, joint pain are just some which can be alleviated through reducing stress through yoga, meditation and restorative poses.
